5 reasons we are grateful for 2022
Summit Events & Conference Center has always aimed to facilitate the event planning process for organizers and project managers. Building on this, we continuously seek and implement innovative solutions to ensure the comfort of our guests.
The year 2022 has been challenging for everyone due to well-known reasons, but it also marked a strong comeback after two years of pandemic and restrictions. Despite the situation in our country, we have continued working to achieve significant milestones for us as a team and as a service provider. We want to share these achievements with you, our followers and supporters.
- Update of Technical Equipment: In 2022, we acquired new technical equipment that allows us to simultaneously serve three events involving simultaneous translation equipment, even in hybrid formats.
- Event Management at a New Level: In 2022, we gained valuable experience in providing event management services for organizations hosting events both within Summit’s premises and outside the venue. This includes coordinating transportation services, reimbursing participants’ transportation costs, designing and preparing personalized event materials, monitoring the welcoming and accommodation process for international guests, coordinating technical aspects, including translation, and more.
- Acquisition of an Electric Generator: An important improvement made in 2022 is the installation of an electric generator to ensure the safety of events at Summit, even in the event of a power outage. Additionally, we want to inform you that Summit is exploring alternative energy methods, and we hope to bring updates on this soon.
- New and Valuable Team Members: In 2022, we expanded our team by welcoming new energetic and creative members who bring a fresh perspective to our activities. We are proud of Larisa, who takes care of the Summit brand and our presence on social media. We also welcome new colleagues in service and the kitchen.
- New Contracts – New Opportunities: We are excited about signing several important collaboration contracts that will provide us with the opportunity to organize and host significant events in 2023. Furthermore, 2022 was marked by several large-scale events that challenged us to become better. We express our gratitude to the partners who entrusted us with these projects, including OSCE, Council of Europe, UN Women, IREX, GIZ, Peace Corps, and many other local and international organizations.
We are grateful for 2022 and have big plans for 2023! Ongoing renovation projects, clear development objectives, intentions for innovation, customer loyalty strategies, and attractive offers for partners, all contribute to fulfilling the mission we took on 15 years ago – to continue being a trusted partner in the business events market in the Republic of Moldova.
